Spring is here, and what better way to celebrate than with a cocktail tree? Super refreshing cocktails might as well represent the season and at Brasserie De Luwte they’ll literally stack them for you, Fewer trips to the bar and more delicious drinks, what could be better than that?
These super Instagrammable cocktail trees come in many different varieties, and god, do they sound good. Their most recent offering is an Aperol spritz tree and if this isn’t the most summery drink ever then we don’t know what is.
An Aperol spritz is made from prosecco and Aperol – alcohol and alcohol. I mean, where do we sign up? Give me it now, please. But this isn’t the only cocktail tree on offer. Oh no, far from it!
You can order a Martini tower, too. Every glass is topped with delicious marshmallows and passionfruit slices. Delicious!
So, what else does this special spot have to offer? Well, it is a restaurant and the food certainly doesn’t disappoint, with the same level of creativity as the cocktail tree you’ll soon be sipping on.
Brasserie De Luwte serves lunch until 5 pm, which is very Mediterranean. You can expect light, classic food like smashed avocado toast with eggs and a club sandwich with chicken, fried eggs, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mayonaise and french fries.
Lunch is a fancy affair, with dishes like scallops, steak tartare, filet mignon, duck breast and lemon sole. There are plenty of meat-free dishes too, including truffle ravioli and lemon ravioli.
You can even enjoy a couple of sushi dishes and, of course, some tasty tasty desserts. You can chow down on a delicious slice of baked Alaska or head straight for their pornstar Martini cheesecake for some double cocktail goodness.
You’ll find Brasserie De Luwte at Leliegracht 26HS, 1015 DG and it’s open from 12 noon until 11 pm. It’s important to book a table here because this place is super popular (trust me), so head to the website to secure your spot should you wish to sample a mouthwatering cocktail tree and some delicious food!
