Anyone passing by Ten Katestraat 117 will immediately recognize Spin Poolbar by its lightbox featuring a purple pool player. Inside, the darkly decorated venue offers a modern take on the classic pool hall: a place where billiards, cocktails, and nightlife come together.
Classic pool with a modern twist
The long, narrow space is dominated by a row of striking pool tables, each covered with a deep red cloth instead of the traditional green. Low-hanging pendant lights cast a crisp glow over the playing surface, creating an intimate atmosphere as small groups of visitors gather around the tables.
Those who prefer to relax between games can take a seat along the sides of the room. There, seating areas are furnished with small, square tables where freshly made cocktails are served directly from the bar.
Vinyl DJs and a classic photo booth for €6
In addition to pool, Spin Poolbar is strongly committed to offering a complete night out. The interior’s centerpiece is the DJ booth, equipped with turntables, a mixing console, and a well-stocked record collection accentuated by red neon lighting. A large disco ball hanging from the ceiling enhances the nightclub vibe.
At the back of the venue stands a classic photo booth with eye-catching neon letters. For six euros, visitors can get two printed photo strips as a memento of the evening.
