It’s spring, and what better way to celebrate than with a cocktail tree? Super-refreshing cocktails are perfect for the season, and at Brasserie De Luwte, they literally stack them up for you. Less running back and forth to the bar and more delicious drinks—what more could you want?
These super Instagram-worthy cocktail trees come in many different varieties, and wow, they sound amazing. Their latest addition is an Aperol Spritz tree, and if this isn’t the most summery drink ever, then we don’t know what is.
An Aperol Spritz is made with prosecco and Aperol—alcohol and more alcohol. I mean, where do we sign up? Just give it to me now, please. But this isn’t the only cocktail tree they offer. Oh no, far from it!
You can also order a martini tower. Each glass is garnished with delicious marshmallows and slices of passion fruit. Delicious!

So, what else does this special spot have to offer? Well, it’s a restaurant, and the food certainly doesn’t disappoint, with the same level of creativity as the cocktail tree you’ll be sipping from shortly.
Brasserie De Luwte serves lunch until 5:00 p.m., which is very Mediterranean. You can expect light, classic dishes, such as toast with mashed avocado and eggs and a club sandwich with chicken, fried eggs, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise, and fries.
Lunch is a chic affair, featuring dishes like scallops, steak tartare, filet mignon, duck breast, and sole. There are also plenty of meatless options, including truffle ravioli and lemon ravioli.
You can even enjoy a few sushi dishes and, of course, delicious desserts. You can sink your teeth into a delicious slice of baked Alaska or go straight for their Pornstar Martini cheesecake for a double cocktail treat.
