September kicks off in Utrecht with two major street soccer events. From September 2–4, the 3v3 Street Soccer World Championship will take place, organized by the International Street Soccer Association. An official world championship where 32 qualified countries compete for the title every two years. The Netherlands won the world title in Riga in 2024 and will defend its crown on home soil this year. The tournament features a group stage, knockout rounds, and a final between the top two countries. Expect fast-paced, intense matches and top-level street soccer. On Saturday, September 5 , “Winner Stays” is on the schedule. Four teams take turns in twenty-minute matches, and whoever scores stays in the game. A simple concept with maximum intensity.
