What are weekends for if not for relaxing with friends, mimosa in one hand and a fork to eat your bottomless brunch in another?
After a long, hard week at work, we like to make the most of the weekends, and for us, that means indulging in boozy brunches. Whether it’s fluffy waffles, crispy chicken, or creamy eggs Benedict, it all tastes even better washed down with a bloody Mary or two, or perhaps a mimosa. Boozy brunches are great for catching up with friends and family, and there are plenty of places in Amsterdam where the booze and good food flow freely at brunch time. At the moment we can only eat out at restaurants until 8 pm, so we reckon it’s time for some good old day drinking!
