A boozy brunch in the heart of Amsterdam can solve anything. Tough week at work? Go for brunch. No weekend plans? Go for brunch. Not sure where to take a romantic date? Go for brunch. When in doubt, brunch never fails. Especially when there are cocktails involved. Besides, there’s no better way to wash down a salmon and cream cheese bagel or a stack of pancakes doused in sticky maple syrup than with a strawberry daiquiri or mimosa (or both).
