Electronic music fans can enjoy top international DJs in Amsterdam completely free of charge on Thursday afternoon. While most parties during ADE are expensive or sold out, an accessible pop-up stage is popping up on Leidseplein.
The BIZ Leidsebuurt and Amsterdam Dance Event are joining forces for the “Leidse Stage.” The outdoor event runs from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is open to everyone, regardless of the weather.

The performance on the “Leidse Stage” pop-up stage begins at 3:00 p.m. with a set by Amsterdam DJ Shown. This will be followed by performances by international DJs such as Ogazón, Luigi Madonna, and Kristin Velvet.
The absolute highlight of the afternoon is the Canadian-British techno legend Richie Hawtin, also known as Plastikman. The DJ will close out the event starting at 7:00 p.m. with his signature, futuristic techno beats. The event is free and runs until 8:00 p.m.
