Hotel Jakarta is a slice of paradise in Amsterdam, and there you’ll find the otherwordly Malabar Bar. The views from this gorgeous spot are unrivalled. There you can enjoy super tasty, super inventive cocktails inspired by both Indonesia and Amsterdam. You can’t book a table at Malabar Bar so you will just have to cross your fingers and hope there’s one free but it’s well worth the wait if you want panoramic cocktails, a chilled atmosphere and cocktails that will keep you coming back time and time again.

LuminAir is situated in the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and has one of the most coveted locations in Amsterdam for a rooftop bar and terrace (or even in general): it’s just next to Central Station. The views are amazing and sunsets, to die for! The quality of the cocktail menu goes with it. Just try their signature Red Candy: it’s like a liquid boozy dessert.
