From hard cheeses to softer varieties, white, red, or blue: you can choose from a selection of 32 high-quality artisanal Dutch cheeses. Try the Truffle Brie with mascarpone, truffle tapenade, and truffle crumble for an extra creamy experience. Or the Reade Jutter with onion chutney and a beet-seed mix for the perfect sweet-salty combination. And then go for the savory Blauwader Schaap blue cheese with raspberry coulis and quinoa!
What’s more, all the cheeses on the menu are carefully paired with a fantastic selection of wines or beers for the ultimate culinary experience. And cheese isn’t the only thing on the menu. You can try the delicious charcuterie board featuring truffle, fennel, and Parmesan fuêt, along with Amsterdam beef sausage.
