Keep reading to learn all about it!
What is Beaujolais Nouveau?
Beaujolais Nouveau is a fresh, light red wine from the Beaujolais region of France, made from the Gamay grape. Unlike most wines, which mature over months or even years, this one is released just weeks after the harvest, typically on the third Thursday of November. Its vibrant, fruity flavor and low tannin make it a perfect pairing with a variety of dishes, and its festive release marks the beginning of the holiday season for wine lovers around the world.
